• Commission prices are for personal use by default, excluding emote commissions. If you're planning to commission art for commercial use (Branding for certain platforms, Streaming assets, prints, merchandise, etc.), then please state so on your request form as prices may vary. You can read more on this below.

• If you wish for your commission to not be posted publicly and remain Anonymous (This also includes the process not being streamed on Twitch), please state this in the request form. I'll be more than happy to oblige!

• Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design of the character based on my drawing abilities.

• Do NOT edit my art without permission.

• Do NOT re-sell my artwork or use it for AI purposes.

• Please give me credit if you post your commission on social media, I'd appreciate it and love to see it! ♥

 

WILL DRAW✅

• SFW and NSFW

• Female characters (All body types, including chubby)

• Feminine Male characters (I specialize in female but i'm willing to draw males with a feminine appearance)

• Fanart (Anime, video game, manga, cartoon, etc.)

• Monster girls

• Furries

• Non-human characters

• Cute/kawaii looking creatures

 

WILL NOT DRAW + REASONS❌

• Mecha - (I'm willing to draw simplified looking mecha, nothing overly detailed)

• Gore - (Blood is fine)

• Muscular characters - (This includes muscle-bound and/or fetish, etc. Also can't draw muscles, sorry!)

• Overly obese characters - (This relates to fetishes i've seen, i can't draw this)

• Certain fetishes - (Discuss with me on this first!)

• Senior/Old people - (Can't draw them, sorry!)

 

PAYMENTS💲

Payments must be received in full upfront before I proceed with your commission. I will NOT proceed with the commission if payment isn't received. Due to VGen taking a fee, i will add a sales tax so the price after the fees matches with the price you're paying initially before fees.

 

At this time, payments are processed via invoice through PayPal. If the invoice is sent and you pay in full, your commission will be worked on as soon as possible. If you pay the invoice and you're the second person in the queue, you will be notified when your commission will be worked on once the current one is finished.

 

REVISIONS✍

I don't do major revisions such as changing the concept or character. I will make small minor revisions if I missed out or forget small details after completing your commission. This can range from small details on clothing, accessories, eyes, hair, etc.

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🚚

• Wait time may vary as I'm a very busy person who works full-time at my job and streams on the side. I also have a small condition (Nerve pinch) and sometimes my hand going numb after holding the stylus for long periods of time, this will hinder me from drawing for long periods of time. My turnaround will be up to 35 days (5 weeks) as a result.

• While working on your commission, you will receive regular updates throughout the process for feedback on any changes before continuing to the next process.

• If the turnaround time passes the 35th day, I will send a DM updating the client on the long wait-time showcasing progress of the commission on its current state after the turnaround time. Upon doing so, I will continue working on the commission providing updates.

• Keep in mind that I may have multiple clients, and to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first in the following order. Ex: If you and another client send in a form at the same time but the second client pays first before you, they will be first due to receiving payment.

 

RUSH ORDER/DEADLINE COMMISSIONS⏰

If you wish to receive your commission at a certain deadline, you need to specify this as a rush order as this is optional.

 

If you wish to place a rush order for your commission, your commission will be placed high on the priority list. Since 35 days (5 weeks) is my standard turnaround time, you must state when you wish to receive this if this is outside the turnaround time.

Note: You must pay minimum +50% of the original price when placing a rush order.

 

MONETIZED & COMMERCIAL USE📢

If you wish to place a commission and use it for monetized or commercial use, you can go by this with two levels.

 

MONETIZED (Level 1)

Monetized use (Level 1) allows you to use my work as a one-off for your brand and needs. These one-offs include:

Twitch screens (Starting Soon, BRB, End, etc.), Discord banner, promotional materials (IE: Vtuber Schedules, Twitter/Twitch/Youtube/Patreon, etc. banners), game assets, business card, etc.

 

Prices will increase 2x (Or 100%) the original amount

EX: Munchkin Chibi ($14) x 2 = $28

 

Note: If you wish to commission me and sell and produce physical merch with your commission, select Commercial Use (Level 2).

 

COMMERCIAL (Level 2)

Commercial use (Level 2) allows you to use my work for producing and reproducing merch in bulk and selling it on an online platform for your brand and needs. This includes:

Bodypillow/Dakimakura, keychains (All materials including acrylic, epoxy, etc.), pins (All materials including acrylic, enamel, etc.), prints, postcards, stickers, pillows, CD cover/disc design and other types of physical merch

 

Prices will increase 4x (300%) the original amount

EX: Chibi w/ cell shading ($19) x 4 = $76

 

BOTH LICENSES MUST PROVIDE CREDIT TO MY WORK AND A LINK LINKING BACK TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA!!

USE (COMMERCIAL & PERSONAL)👈

Any work that's commissioned is automatically marked for personal use by default, unless stated otherwise in the commission form. You can use personal use commissions for the following:

Avatar/icon on social media, phone/computer background, post on social media (With credit provided), print and using it in your room as a single copy.

 

If you commission work and it's for streaming/content creation, branding or for merchandise, this requires a monetized or commercial license. These works are also labeled personal by default. You cannot use my work without my permission for creating merch unless a commercial license is paid upfront at the beginning before starting your commission.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS📝

• I retain the rights and ownership of your drawn commission as the artist, but not the rights of your OC or creation. This includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the commission on my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

• Commercial licenses require additional charges, please state this in the request form.

• The process of your commission may be posted on Twitter/X and/or streamed on Twitch depending on the commission type (YCH's are exempt from this if NSFW) unless clients request otherwise before project begins.

 

REFUNDS💸

• There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever if payment is received in full and the commission process has started. Please be mindful if you wish to purchase my services before doing so.

• Refunds are issued if I'm unable to complete your commission and have not yet started within 2 weeks. If you're part of the queue waiting for your commission to be worked on after paying, this does not count.

• I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately, violates the TOS or I'm unable to provide a service. If declined due to being unable to provide service, don't be discouraged and you can send another form if it's fitting for me!

 

COMMUNICATION🙎‍♀️

Communication will be purely on VGen unless stated otherwise. The only other platform I regularly communicate on is Discord. If we're unable to communicate through VGen, I have no issue communicating via Twitter or Discord as long as I'm able to reach out to you!
